Welcome to the Henderson County Republican Women’s Club.

We extend greetings to you on behalf of the State and National Federation of Republican Women’s Clubs.

The NFRW is one of the largest political women’s groups in the country.

When you join our Club you automatically become a member of the NRWC as well as the National Federation.

You will meet and serve with like-minded women who are interested in educating themselves and others on current issues and supporting conservative Constitutional principles.

If you feel as if you just need to do something to help your country “this is the place for you”!

As our members like to say, “Women In Numbers Win!”

HCRWC is chartered by the National Federation of Republican Women and is the earliest Republican club in Henderson County dating back to 1953 when the North Carolina Republican Women's Club was founded. Republican women continue to have an important role in determining the candidates and platform of the party.

Henderson County Republican Women’s Club Luncheon

Tuesday, November 28th, 11:30am-1:30pm

 Speaker:  NC Senator Chuck Edwards

Our guest speaker will be NC Senator Chuck Edwards: Chuck and his wife Teresa have lived, worshiped, gotten their education, and raised their family right here in Henderson County. After 25 years in the corporate world where Chuck had responsibilities in and traveled seven southeastern states, driving over 7,000 miles each month- he and his wife purchased their first business in Hendersonville in 1998. Since that time they have expanded their restaurant business-and they have created other business entities. Chuck also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Entegra Financial Corp, now a publically traded bank. Chuck is a historically active member of our community. He served on the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce for nine years, also as its Treasurer, and later it’s Chairman of the Board. He served as the Chairman of the City Business Advisory Committee, on the Henderson County Planning Board, on the Board of the Friends of the Ecusta Trail, and as Vice President of the Partners for Economic Progress. After becoming elected to the NC Senate last November Chuck found the need to resign most of these posts, but he finds time to remain on the Executive Committee for the Daniel Boone Boy Scout Council, on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Henderson County, and a member of the Hendersonville Rotary Club. From the NC Senate Floor- Chuck’s primary desire is to serve the community that he credits for blessing him and family in so many ways. In his short time he has proven to be a strong advocate for small business and our economy, the education and wellbeing of our children, a responsible steward of our tax money- and a friend to our law enforcement services. Recently Senate Leader Phil Berger appointed Sen. Chuck Edwards to a committee looking at redrawing judicial districts across the state.
