Jan Zeller, Vice President, Program Chair, Campaign/Political Activities Chair and Parliamentarian Chair

*Employment History: 50 years of various nursing opportunities from Maine to Mexico and Caribbean Islands and a season at McMurdo Station and South Pole. Before retirement in 2019 I was the Safety Officer for a Surgery Center in Palm Beach County for 4 years.
*Politics: Northwest Precinct Vice Chair, volunteer Henderson County Republican Party, GOP Lincoln-Reagan Dinner committee member, Host for Republican Candidates fundraisers, Primary 2022. Prior to moving to Henderson County I was a volunteer for the Palm Beach County Republican Party and volunteer for Juno Beach local Republican Party.

*Volunteer in church ministries: from nursery care, leading small group bible studies for high school girls and ladies, crisis hotline worker, hospitality ministries, making meal ministries, shut-in visitation ministries, meals for the homeless ministries, pregnancy center ministries, book store/ library ministry, and VBS

*Worked with the Advance Team welcoming President George Bush to Henderson County
*Working with then GOP Chair Kathy Willis on the first Apple Cobbler event at the NC Apple Festival (raised over $5,000.00) the first year and for many years after that.

*Doris is married to former Henderson County Commissioner Grady Hawkins; they have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
*Doris currently serves as Assistant Secretary for the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women and will serve as NCFRW's WNC VP in 2022.

Michele Woodhouse - Leadership Development Chair
Former District 11 Chair; Ran for election to the U.S. House to represent North Carolina's 11th Congressional District in 2022.
Michele Woodhouse earned a B.A. and an M.A. in organizational communication from Michigan State University in 1991 and 1999, respectively. Woodhouse's career experience includes founding Purple Door Aesthetics and working as a practice development manager with Viveve, Inc., a senior regional business manager with Suneva Medical, and a regional sales manager with Merz North America.
